Charges Filed in Farmington Attempted Murder/Burglary
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Jerry Lee Wiley, age 49 of Farmington, has been charged* with two counts of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, and two counts of Burglary in the First Degree. All of these charges stem from a shooting in Empire Township during the early morning of June 6, 2008. See the attached news release for more information.
