County Ordinance 129 (2004) - Cleanup of Clandestine Drug Lab Sites
The ordinance establishes responsibilities and guidelines for involved parties to assure that people are not unnecessarily exposed to contaminated structures or land. It also describes the proper steps to remove or otherwise abate contaminants; and imposes testing to assure that affected structures and land are sufficiently cleaned for human contact.
