County Ordinance 110 (2010) - Solid Waste Management
The ordinance establishes standards for regulating solid waste management and the operation of solid waste facilities and activities, including infectious waste facilities and activities; establishing requirements for certain facilities on a disposal site; providing for application and license fees, financial assurance and penalties for lack of compliance with these provisions; promoting the health, welfare and safety of the public, and to protect the environment.
