County Ordinance 128 (2003) - Water Surface Use Ordinance Regulating Lake Byllesby Reservoir
This ordinance regulates the surface use of Lake Byllesby reservoir. The ordinance has two purposes: promote the health, safety, and welfare of everyone using the lake; protect the lands surrounding the lake from damage during high water conditions.
