What is the supervision fee for an adult who is on probation?

- Gross misdemeanor and felony offenses - $335

Depending on individual circumstances, the Court may also order you to receive services or attend programs that charge fees. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Safe Streets First (Repeat DWI Offenders)
- Electronic Home Monitoring (EHM)
- Polygraphs
- Urinalysis and drug tests
- Sex offender programming
- Domestic abuse programming
- Domestic abuse assessments
- Chemical health assessments
- Impact/MADD Panels
If your sentence includes jail time, there will be a jail bed fee.
What is the fee for a juvenile who is on probation?
Juveniles are not assessed a supervision fee. However, depending on individual circumstances, fees may be charged for other court ordered services. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Electronic Home Monitoring (EHM)
- Counseling/therapy services
- Polygraphs
- New Chance (day treatment program)
- Residential treatment (including secure facilities)
