Canoes and kayaks are available for rent during the summer season at the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center for use in Lebanon Hills Regional Park. Fishing equipment is also available for use at no charge.

Equipment Rental is CLOSED for the summer season beginning Sept. 6.
Canoes
Our fleet of canoes feature both Old Town and Wenonah canoes. Wenonah canoes are approximately 50 pounds and come equipped with yoke pads for easy portaging on our 5-mile round-trip portage trail. Rental rate includes paddles and life jackets. Maximum four persons per canoe (not to exceed 3 adults or specific boat weight limit).
Kayaks
Our fleet of kayaks feature both single and double (tandem) kayaks. Rental rate includes paddles and life jackets. Double kayaks can be outfitted with a child seat. Portaging carts available at no additional fee for easy portaging on our five mile round-trip portage trail.
Stand Up Paddle Boards
New for Summer 2011. Stand up paddling is a new and exciting way to experience your parks. Think surfing...without the big waves. Our fleet includes two different models of paddle boards. Rental rate includes paddles and life jackets.
Fishing Equipment
Dakota County and the Minnesota DNR are partnering to offer the Fishing in the Neighborhood Program which provides free use of fishing equipment including rods and tackle at Lebanon Hills Regional Park . Fish bait (night crawlers) can be purchased at the Visitor Center.
Live Bait
Nightcrawlers are for sale during normal rental pod hours at $4 per dozen.

- Group Rates: None. Outdoor recreational equipment may be made available for rent to organized groups for use by contacting the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center at 651-554-6530. Accommodation is based on advance notice and availability.

Rental policy

- Minimum age 18 years to sign the equipment rental agreement
