Adventure Learning Challenge Course
Adventure Learning Challenge CourseDakota County Parks and the YMCA are partnering to provide opportunities for corporate teams, school groups and private youth and adult groups to participate in fun and challenging activities at the Dakota County Parks Adventure Learning Challenge Course.

Just minutes south of the St. Paul and Minneapolis  downtown areas, the Adventure Learning Challenge Course is located at Camp Sacajawea Retreat Center in Lebanon Hills Regional Park, Apple Valley.

Course challenges focuses on team building, communication, personal interaction, group dynamics and fun.

Each series of course elements begins with simple team exercises. The course progresses into more challenging problem solving endeavors which encourage participants to work as a team to accomplish several objectives.

Expert staff offer a variety of opportunities: from fun team initiatives to high rope elements, there’s something for everyone.

The Adventure Learning Challenge Course follows the YMCA’s four core values: honesty, caring, respect and responsibility. At the 'Y,' we’re for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

Programs are available to the public year-round.
