Payment Policies
Retreat Centers, Discovery Room (Lebanon Hills Visitor Center), and Gathering Room (Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center)
- Full rental fee payment and damage/security deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
- VISA, Mastercard, and Discover accepted
Dakota Lodge
- Full rental fee payment and damage/security deposit are required at the time the reservation is made for events occurring within 90 days.
- For events booked 90 or more days in advance a minimum of 50% non-refundable down payment on the total rental fee is due at the time of reservation, with the balance of the rental fee and damage/security deposit due at least 60 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policies
Dakota Lodge (weekday), Gathering Room (weekday), Retreat Centers, and Discovery Room
- 21 or more days notice: 50% cancellation fee; ($15 minimum cancellation fee)
- Less than 21 days notice: No refund
- Damage and security deposit refunded on all cancellations
Dakota Lodge and Gathering Room weekend
- 60 days or more notice: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 60 days notice: no refund
