Available Rental Hours: Friday & Saturday 7 a.m.–midnight and Sunday & Holidays 7 a.m.–10 p.m., fee based on up to 14 hour rental. Additional rental hours available for a fee.

Rate includes: Multi-purpose room in other half of the facility, table set up/take down, cleaning, insurance, and attendant.
Outdoor Ceremony
The Outdoor Ceremony Fee entitles the customer to exclusive use of a designated ceremony area within the permitted hours of a facility rental at the Dakota Lodge in Thompson Park Center in Thompson County Park.
2012 Fee: $100
Rate includes signage indicating ceremony area has been reserved. In the event of inclement weather and the reserved ceremony space cannot be used, a full refund will be issued to the permit holder. The permit holder is responsible for supplying any desired chairs, arbors, tents and other furnishings which must arrive and depart within the permitted reservation window. Dakota County Park furnishings are not permitted for use outside Dakota County Park facilities.

Weekend Basic Events (Family Reunions, Graduation Parties, etc.)

Weekday Meeting Rentals
Rental Hours: Monday through Friday 7 a.m.–10 p.m./rental fee based on 6-hour minimum
Rate: $225 / 6 hr.
Each Additional Hour: $30 / hr.
Damage and security deposit: $150
Rate does not include: table set-up/takedown, cleaning, insurance, or attendant.
Liability insurance required if alcohol is served.
Reservation Policy
- Reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis 21 days to 18 months in advance.
- Showings by appointment.
- No overnight rentals.
