A gift that gives the whole year through
 Get your holiday shopping done early this year. Give the gift of natural beauty with the first annual Dakota County Parks calendar. Calendars will be sold this week at four county locations.
Featuring 25 breathtaking photos—all taken in Dakota County Parks—the calendar offers an up-close look at all the wild beauty found in the parks. Calendars will be sold at the following locations and times:
- Western Service Center – atrium: Tuesday, Nov. 17, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Judicial Center – 2nd floor entrance: Tuesday, Nov. 17, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Northern Service Center – atrium: Wednesday, Nov. 18, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Administration Center – 2nd floor atrium: Wednesday, Nov. 18, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Administration Center – 1st floor atrium: Thursday, Nov. 19, 7:30–8:30 a.m.
Calendars cost $10 each with all proceeds being used to support preservation and restoration projects in the parks. Cash or check accepted.
If you can’t get to one of these locations and would like to buy it online or just want to get a sneak peak of the calendar, go to the Dakota County Parks Web site. Calendars will also be available at all county service and license centers during regular business hours.
