Help shape the future
Help determine the path of UMore Park and the Vermillion Highlands. Attend one of two community forums at the Rosemount Community Center.
The forums will gather input on two plans. The first will build a 20,000-30,000 person sustainable community on 5,000 acres of University property in Dakota County over the next 25-30 years. The second will create Vermillion Highlands, a research, recreation and wildlife management area, on 2,822 acres adjacent to UMore Park.
The forums will take place Thursday, June 19 and Monday, June 23 at the Rosemount Community Center banquet room from 6-9 p.m. There will be a presentation followed by a question and answer session. You will also be able to view different scenarios and provide comment. A light dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m.
You can RSVP for the forums at www.umorepark.umn.edu or calling 612-626-3976. |
