The intersection of County Road 32(Cliff Road) and Dodd Road in Eagan is identified on the County’s roadways as a location needing further evaluation of additional traffic control and an assessment of a timeline. The purpose of this study is:
1. To determine the most appropriate long term level of traffic control for the intersection.
2. If a change in traffic control is needed, to determine in what year that change should occur.
The traffic control alternatives are analyzed in the existing and long-term horizons (Year 2030).
