Kids can put on their fruit and veggie crown, saddle up a plasma car, and ride at the Government Building during this year’s Dakota County Fair Aug. 9–15. They can race down the highway to health, dodging fruit and vegetable cutouts or pretend to whip up a healthy meal in a play kitchen.
