Learn creative ways to cut your budget at “Thrifty Ways to Stretch Your Money” Thursday, March 14 from 10:30–11:30 a.m. at DARTs in West St. Paul.
Topics include making your own laundry detergent for pennies a load, finding where to shop for used items and learning ways to stretch your food dollar. Registration is required.

Suzanne Sheridan from the University of Minnesota Extension will present the program. Sheridan is program coordinator for On the Move for MN Families, a collaboration to increase access to educational and recreational programs for socially and geographically isolated youth and adults.
