Payday loans

• Exodus Lending – Dedicated to helping Minnesotans break free from payday loan debt through interest-free refinancing. Predatory lending is a significant problem with more than a 300-percent interest rate​. They support individuals as they pay off these debts through fair and manageable repayment plans.​
  
• Minnesota Department of Commerce – File a complaint about your payday lender.

Credit cards

• AnnualCreditReport.com - Know what's on your credit report by obtaining a free copy of your credit report from each reporting company. Visit the website or call 1-877-322-8228. 
• During the COVID-19 pandemic, you can check your credit report once a week for free
• Lutheran Social Services Financial Counseling – Services available for those having trouble paying down debt. There is a fee for this service.
• Minnesota Attorney General – Listed resources are available to all residents of Minnesota to help with their credit and debt.

Budget

• Behind on Bills – CFPB offers the resources to help you with a plan to get caught up on bills.
