Federal shutdown support
There are many organizations providing additional food support during the 2025 federal shutdown. A few are:
- 360 Communities: Free food on Fridays in Burnsville at 10:30 a.m. (until food is gone).
- The Open Door: Free food on Saturdays in Eagan from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Lock and Dam Eatery: Free meals on Tuesdays in Hastings to families benefitting from SNAP.
