Community Corrections provides monitoring before a trial. This court-ordered program involves monitoring release conditions. This includes:
- Complying with no-contact orders
- Remaining law abiding
- Maintaining current contact information and residence
- Completing random UA testing and chemical health evaluations
- Progressing with treatment
Please note, if bail or bond is ordered, it must be posted prior to program intake and release from jail.
