Dakota County and the City of Burnsville will address traffic and mobility needs at the intersection of County Road 11 and Burnsville Parkway.
The project will replace the existing traffic signal at County Road 11 and Burnsville Parkway with a roundabout. The project also includes some restriping and intersection approach pavement resurfacing.
A roundabout is the best approach to improve the intersection based on safety and present and future traffic. The roundabout will also include trail connections to safely serve pedestrians and bicyclists. Please expect road closures and detours throughout the spring and summer.
