County Project 86-41
Dakota County is proposing to reconstruct 280th Street W. (County Road 86) from the Dakota County line to Galaxie Avenue (County Road 23) in Eureka and Greenvale townships. The project will improve safety, traffic operations and pavement quality. The project is scheduled for construction in 2027.
The proposed project includes:
- Reconstruction as a 2-lane highway
- Paved shoulders and bypass or turn lanes at intersections
- Review of drainage areas for updated culvert sizes
- Review of field entrance locations
