Outdoor Ceremony
The Outdoor Ceremony Fee entitles the customer to exclusive use of a designated ceremony area within the permitted hours of a facility rental at the Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center in Spring Lake Park Reserve.
Fee: $100 (in addition to rental fees above)
Rate includes signage indicating ceremony area has been reserved. In the event of inclement weather and the reserved ceremony space cannot be used, a full refund will be issued to the permit holder. The permit holder is responsible for supplying any desired chairs, arbors, tents and other furnishings which must arrive and depart within the permitted reservation window. Dakota County Park furnishings are not permitted for use outside Dakota County Park facilities.

Available Rental Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Fee based on up to 6-hour rental.

Each Additional Hour: $35

Rate includes: Gathering Room and balcony; attendant for check-in and check-out only. Rate does NOT include room set up or take down or cleaning.
Liability insurance required if alcohol is served. Coverage may be purchased for an additional fee or provided by permit holder.
Reservation Policy
Reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis 21 days to one year in advance. Showings by appointment. No overnight rentals.
