Dakota Valley Recycling is a partnership recycling department for the cities of Apple Valley, Eagan and Burnsville that connects businesses to recycling, composting and waste disposal information.

Rethink Recycling provides a one-stop online resource—the Business Recycling Guide—to help Twin Cities businesses make smart recycling and disposal decisions. The guide provides waste management information on everything from paper and plastics to electronics and food waste. State and Regional Resources
Minnesota Materials Exchange
Connects businesses with reusable goods to businesses that can use them—at no cost. Search the program's convenient online catalog for listings of available and wanted materials.

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
Provides information, assistance and grants/loans in the areas of waste and pollution prevention, recycling, reuse, environmental education, sustainable communities and resource conversation. Also provides information and assistance on environmental issues, including pollution prevention practices.

Recycling Association of Minnesota
Recycling Association of Minnesota is committed to promoting resource conservation through waste prevention, reuse, recycling, composting and purchasing practices, and providing outreach activities to the public through the America Recycles Day campaign, unique recycling programs, website, recycled product educational kits, educational events and other means.

Recycle More Minnesota
The Recycle More Minnesota campaign is a joint effort between the Recycling Association of Minnesota  and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency , designed to increase recycling in Minnesota through increased awareness about the benefits of recycling and the opportunities available.

Technical Assistance and Resources
Minnesota Technical Assistance Program
A free, non-regulatory outreach program at the University of Minnesota that helps Minnesota businesses develop and implement industry-tailored solutions that maximize resource efficiency, prevent pollution and reduce costs and energy use.

Retiree Environmental Technical Assistance Program
Employs skilled, retired professionals to provide environmental facility assessments and community sustainability assistance to Minnesota's businesses, institutions and communities. Services are provided at no cost to clients.

Small Business Environmental Assistance Program
The Small Business Environmental Assistance Program  helps Minnesota businesses maintain compliance with new and existing environmental requirements, reduce or eliminate the amounts of emissions and wastes generated, and reduce regulatory obligation. These services are free and confidential.
