FEMA Assistance for Private Nonprofits
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has declared a statewide emergency. Under the state of emergency certain protective measures may be eligible for FEMA reimbursement. Private nonprofit entities qualifying for tax exemption under sections 501(c), (d), or (e) of the IRS Code may be eligible.
