Eagan Teen Pleads Guilty and Is Sentenced for Burglaries, Assault and Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct

​Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that William Donald Maloney, now age 18 of Eagan, pled guilty today in Juvenile Court to Burglary in the Second Degree, Attempted Burglary in the First Degree, Burglary in the First Degree with an Assault (Criminal Sexual Predatory Conduct) and Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree in connection with Maloney, breaking into three homes, assaulting a 17-year-old female in one of the homes, and peeping through windows at these same three homes in the city of Eagan. These offenses occurred when Maloney was 16 and 17 years old.
