Events are open to all Dakota County residents unless otherwise specified. Remember to only shred documents with personal information on them, including Social Security numbers or account numbers.

9 a.m.–noon, West St. Paul Sports Complex, 1650 Oakdale Ave., West St. Paul. This is for West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Lilydale and Mendota residents only.
10 a.m.–noon, Farmington Library, 508 Third St., Farmington.
Saturday, April 27
9 a.m.–1 p.m., Cal Ruedy Public Works Facility, 1225 Progress Drive, Hastings. This coincides with Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Day.
9 a.m.–1 p.m., Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway, Eagan. This is for Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville residents only.
Saturday, May 4
9 a.m.–1 p.m., Lakeville Maintenance Building, 7570 179th St. W., Lakeville. This coincides with Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Day.

Shredded paper can cause problems at sorting facilities and may not get recycled. Use these events to help prevent identity theft, ensure shredded paper gets recycled and keep valuable paper out of landfills. Bring already shredded paper from home shredding in a paper bag to The Recycling Zone in Eagan to recycle properly.
