Dakota County has a new way for the public to monitor COVID-19 cases in the county.
The new online dashboard features charts that show the number of COVID-19 cases among county residents, hospitalization rates, number of cases released from isolation and the number of COVID-19 deaths in the county. Dashboard case data can be viewed by age, gender, ethnicity, race and by the likely exposure source.
The dashboard is updated once daily Monday–Friday with data provided by the Minnesota Department of Health. Dakota County data is not accessible on the MDH website.
To view the dashboard, visit the Dakota County COVID-19 Statistics page. It is available on mobile devices and by using the Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers on desktop or laptop devices.
