The contractor will begin to build the retaining wall between Bellows Street and Humboldt on the north side of the street. Utility companies will continue moving their facilities along the project limits.
All mailboxes along the project limits will be relocated to Charlton Street, north of Wentworth Avenue. The mailboxes will be placed on the west side of Charlton between the St. Stephen's Church parking lot entrances. See map of mailbox locations.
