County Road 31 (Pilot Knob Road) from County Road 42 (150th Street) to County Road 33 (Diamond Path) in Apple Valley was rehabilitated. Several inches of the existing pavement was removed, or milled, and replaced with new asphalt. In addition, minor utility adjustments were made to water main and storm sewer structures. The pedestrian push buttons for the signal systems at 142nd Street, 140th Street, and County Road 33 (Diamond Path) were replaced. Replacement of sections of trail at intersections will provide better access for pedestrians.
Expect delays and temporary lane closures. For the safety of both the residents and the workers, please be patient.
