Dakota County, in cooperation with the City of Eagan, is working to complete a corridor study of Cliff Road (County Road 32) from Lexington Avenue to Highway 3 in Eagan.
The corridor study will include review of current and forecasted traffic operations, potential for any future roadway and/or intersection improvements, trail locations along the corridor, pedestrian crossings and the location for a grade separated crossing of County Road 32 for the Mendota Lebanon Hills Greenway.

Great River Energy utility replacement
Crews will be working along Cliff Road this winter. Great River Energy is replacing their utility poles and will start by clearing vegetation in November 2019. They anticipate replacing the utilities starting in early 2020 with completion in mid-summer.
