Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Dakota County Board of Commissioners on April, 20, 2021 at 9 a.m. in the boardroom of the Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, MN, for the purpose of receiving comments from the general public concerning the Dakota County 2021 Annual Action Plan. The Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Annual Action Plan combines into a single submission the planning and application aspects as well as details of all proposed activities using funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs for Dakota County.
Public attendance at the Dakota County Board of Commissioners' regular meeting location is not feasible due to the COVID-19 health pandemic. The public hearing may be monitored via live stream.

An executive summary and the list of proposed uses of the 2021 CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds is available on the Dakota County CDA website and on the county website. Upon request, the Dakota County CDA will make every attempt to make the information available in alternative formats.
