Dakota County announced that there will be a meeting Oct. 17 to discuss the Flint Hills Resources pipeline project between the cities of Inver Grove Heights and Rosemount. The purpose is to notify the public and allow comments regarding a proposed underground pipeline approximately five miles in length to transport liquefied petroleum from the Flint Hills Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount to the Flint Hills Wescott Terminal in Inver Grove Heights.
The Dakota County Board will hold a special public meeting as required per Minnesota Statue 216G to inform the public. The meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, at the Veterans Memorial Community Center, Community Room 1, 8055 Barbara Ave, Inver Grove Heights,
