Proposed amendments
- The Dakota County CDA (CDA) and Ramsey County HRA (HRA) are proposing to swap HOME Consortium funds. The CDA will trade HOME Program Year (PY) 2017 funding allocated for Scott-Carver-Dakota CAP Agency's 1011 Bryant Ave. project for HRA's HOME PY2019 funding allocated for the Amber Union project. The amount of the trade will be $210,809.20. Both projects will remain the same in total HOME funds, scope, and nature. Amber Union will have the activity created in PY2017. 1011 Bryant Avenue will have the activity cancelled in PY2017.
- The Villas at Pleasant Avenue is located at 401 W. Traveler's Trail in Burnsville, Minnesota. The project is a new activity utilizing HOME funding from PY2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and available, if any, program income. This is a new construction multi-family housing development for seniors. The project will have a total HOME funding amount of $750,000.
