The Dakota County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants to fill one vacancy on the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District Board of Managers.
This five-member board directs implementation of the watershed management plan, including an annual budget and work plan. This appointee must be a resident of the watershed district (reside in that portion of Burnsville, Eagan, Mendota Heights, Mendota or Lilydale within the jurisdictional boundary of the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District), be registered as eligible to vote, and not be a public officer of the county, state or federal government (but may be a member of the SWCD Board of Supervisors).
