Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners approved Ordinance No. 114A, An Ordinance Establishing a 365-Day Moratorium Prohibiting the Construction, Installation or Permitting of Specific Industrial Processing Wells in Dakota County.
The Dakota County Board of Commissioners held a hearing at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 via telephone and other electronic means to receive comments.
