The Dakota County Planning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 7 p.m.
NOTICE: Governor Walz declared a peacetime emergency (Emergency Executive Order 20-01) on March 13, 2020, a Stay At Home order (Executive Order 20-20) on March 27, 2020 and Extending Stay At Home order (Executive Order 20-33) on April 8, 2020. Dakota County Board of Commissioners Chair, Mike Slavik, declared a local state of emergency in Dakota County on March 17, 2020, in response to COVID-19. All County Board Commissioners voted to maintain this order on March 20, 2020.
Anyone wishing to address the Planning Commission on an item, not on the agenda or an item on the agenda, may email comments to the Planning Commission. Public comments can be emailed to planningcommission@co.dakota.mn.us. If you wish to speak at the April 23, 2020 regarding any other agenda item, please notify Aaron Sather via email at planningcommission@co.dakota.mn.us Emails must be received by 6 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2020.
