Consistent with the requirements of the General Storm Water Permit for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, Dakota County has prepared an annual report of activities related to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program.
Notice is hereby given that Dakota County will hold its annual meeting for the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program in Room 104 at the Western Service Center, 14955 Galaxie Avenue, Apple Valley on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 8:30 a.m
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, compliance with the permit conditions, the appropriateness of the Best Management Practices, and the progress towards achieving measurable goals. Comments on Dakota County's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program will be taken during this meeting.
