The City of Lakeville and Dakota County will reconstruct and add new regional trail segments from Ritter Farm Park to downtown Lakeville.
The project components include:
- Reclamation and overlay of bituminous trail pavement between Kenrick Avenue and Holyoke Avenue
- ADA improvements
- Improved trail crossing of Kenrick Avenue
- New trail construction in Ritter Farm
- New trail head at Ritter Farm
- Landscaping and tree replacements
- Wayfinding signage
