Payment policies

Rental fee is due when shelter is booked online. VISA, Mastercard and Discover accepted.

Cancellation policies

  • 14 or more days notice: 50 percent cancellation fee ($15 minimum cancellation fee)
  • Less than 14 days notice: No refund
