Our public health nurses will meet with you until your baby turns 2 years old. We will connect you to health and benefit programs, measure your baby's growth and help you find community resources. Visits can be in-person or virtual.

Dakota County is continuing to provide family home visits. Telehealth and outdoor visits are also available.
