6 Tech Tools for Making Your Lawyer Life Easier
May 15, noon-1 p.m.
Client expectations about what they should get from lawyers have grown considerably as the rest of the business world has embraced customer service. Serving clients better can get expensive if you do it all yourself. Jess Birken runs a solo firm on a shoestring budget and shares in this session how any firm can make their practice more efficient with smart tools and delegation — especially for the areas that we can't bill for. We'll look at no-code tech tools that allow you to delegate getting clients, lead nurturing, intake, and client communications.
Top takeaways of this session:
- Take yourself out of the middle of client communications — and still have happy clients
- Lawyers can delegate better and half of it can be with low-cost, easy-to-adopt tech tools
- Lawyers suffer more than other professions — delegate to love your lawyer life
