Printing

​​​There are three​ methods to print from customer-​owned devices.

Print co​sts

Black and white prints: 15 cents per page
Color prints: 50 cents per page​​

Each time you log into the print release station and swipe your card, a $15 pending status hold will appear on your banking or credit card account for 24-72 hours, depending on your financial institution. Once the hold is released, only the charges for your prints or copies will remain.

​Printing guidelines

Customers must have a library card and PIN registered with the Dakota County Library. Internet guest passes are available from library staff and are valid for the current day.

Print jobs are held for 24​ hours after submission for library card holders and for 12 hours for those using an internet guest pass.
