Payment policy
Payment for full campground reservation and rental fee processed at time of reservation either over the phone or online. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
Online reservation cancellation
To cancel an online reservation, follow the steps in the 
Canceling Parks Reservations document.
Over-the-phone changes and cancellations
Before May 3, please contact us at 952-891-7000.
On or after May 3, to make changes to existing reservation, contact the campground where you have the reservation:
- Lebanon Hills Campground: 651-480-7773
- Lake Byllesby Campground: 651-480-7770
All unused credits on your account will be refunded back to your credit card the following business day.
Occupancy policy
Dakota County Parks reserves the right to cancel a campsite reservation in the event the reserved campsite is not occupied by 2 p.m. on the second day of the reservation if no attempts by the customer are made to communicate with the campground office about a late arrival. Unoccupied campsites subject to cancellation will not receive a refund.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation received more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus the $8 reservation fee.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
