Payment policies
Retreat centers, Gathering Room (Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center) and Dakota Lodge (weekday events)
- Full rental fee payment and damage/security deposit is required at the time of booking.
- VISA, Mastercard and Discover accepted.
Dakota Lodge (weekend events)
- Events occurring within 90 days:
- Full rental fee payment and damage and security deposit is required at the time of booking.
- For events booked 90 or more days in advance:
- Minimum of 50 percent non-refundable down payment of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of the rental fee and damage and security deposit due at least 60 days before the event date.
- VISA, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.
Cancellation policies
Dakota Lodge (weekday), Gathering Room (weekday) and retreat centers,
- 50 percent refund of rental fee for cancellations 21 days or more in advance
- No refund for cancellations less than 21 days in advance
Dakota Lodge and Gathering Room weekend
- 50 percent refund of rental fee for cancellations made 60 days or more in advance
- No refund for cancellations less than 60 days in advance
Damage and security deposit refunded on all cancellations.
