Cabin keys and parking passes can be picked up beginning at noon on the day of arrival at the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center rental office (open daily, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.). We allow customers to pick up their cabin key beginning at noon. The cabins are cleaned daily from noon-3 p.m. Your reservation, including cabin access, begins at 3 p.m. You will not be able to access your cabin before 3 p.m. The camper cabins are located at Whitetail Woods Regional Park. There are no staff on-site at Whitetail Woods Regional Park.
Check-out time is noon on the date of your departure. Cabins should be left in a clean state. Basic cleaning supplies will be provided in the cabins including:
- Paper towels
- Multi-surface cleaner
Recycle and trash receptacles with bags are provided. All recycle and trash should be removed prior to check-out. Permit holders will be charged an extra fee for excessive cleaning time. Permit holder is responsible for any property damage.
Upon departure, verify door is fully closed and locked behind you. Drop the cabin key in the key drop box located on the front of the cabin.
Recycling in the camper cabins
Recycling and waste information along with bags will be given in the cabin. Low-waste camping is a priority for Dakota County campgrounds.
