Filing a complaint
The county promotes healthy environments for child care. We are a resource to parents, providers and the public. If you have concerns or complaints about a licensed in-home family child care within Dakota County, call 952-891-7035 or email childcare@co.dakota.mn.us.
Providers: Evaluate your licensor
The Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families requires us to request provider feedback on how well we perform our duties. We value provider input. Evaluations are received and reviewed by the program supervisor.
