​There are several ways to apply for child support services.

In person
Paper applications are available at the following County locations:

• Judicial Center—Family Courts
• Northern Service Center—Second Floor Reception Desk
• Western Service Center—Family Courts

By mail
Call 651-554-5689 or 651-554-5852 to request an application. An application will be mailed directly to you.
