Survey Statutes

Minnesota Statutes 383D.65 and 389.09 give the County Surveyor the authority to review and approve plats subdivisions (Minnesota Statute 505), Common Interest Communities (Minnesota Statute 515B) and Registered Land Surveys (Minnesota Statute 508).
