Probation Service Center Supervision

The Probation Service Center is for low-risk offenders who are likely to satisfy the conditions of their probation with minimal assistance from staff.

Group probation meetings are held quarterly at the Western Service Center in Apple Valley, the Law Enforcement Center in Hastings, or Northern Service Center in West St. Paul.  Meetings are held on Thursdays between 9–10 a.m. or between 5–7 p.m.

Offenders on PSC meet with probation staff on a first-come, first-served basis. Each offender must bring a photo ID and a money order for $17 in case a urinalysis test is needed. An offender should complete any court-ordered assessments prior to attending his/her first PSC meeting, and bring a copy of assessments and verifications of any other completed conditions to the meeting.

Probation staff will discuss all remaining probation conditions at the meeting.

For more information, contact the Probation Service Center at 952-891-7222 or psc.email@co.dakota.mn.us.
