Experience a variety of maker and STEM activities using iLAB 2GO Kits. Learn how to knit or crochet, marvel at a rocks and minerals collection, create your own fashion designs or comics, learn about circuitry, record an oral history interview with your family members, and more.

Visit Kits
Enjoy a more meaningful visit with your loved ones who are experiencing memory loss. The materials in these kits are specifically selected to spark memories, create conversation, and allow positive and engaging interactions between people with dementia and their caregivers. Each kit has a theme—examples include cooking, farming, fishing, state fair, winter in Minnesota, sports, hobbies and more. Kits are available at all library locations, and you can search the catalog to place a hold.
Life Skills Kits
Get practice developing new or existing social and life skills. The materials in each of these four themed kits are specifically selected to expand access for people of all ages and abilities. Funded by a Disability Services Innovation Grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

- Calming Supports Kit: Available at all library locations
