River to River Management Plan

Page Content

The River to River Greenway is located near 830 acres of natural areas in the cities of Mendota Heights, West St. Paul and South St. Paul and along Dodge Nature Center and Independent School District 197.  This greenway corridor includes prairies, oak woodlands, forests and wetlands that provide wildlife habitat and enhance the experiences of visitors.

Dakota County Parks is committed to ensuring the quality of these natural areas. The plan was adopted by the board in October 2020.
