The Community Services Contract Unit develops programs, negotiates and monitors contracts, and evaluates fiscal and programmatic performance of contracted services for the division. A list of active contracts for the division can be found below.
Become a Community Services vendor
If you are interested in becoming a Dakota County Community Services contracted vendor, you may complete and submit the Community Services Vendor Application.
Lead agency contracts for host county use
Dakota County’s Lead Agency Contracts for Home and Community-Based Waivered Services are available for Host County use.
These contracts may be accessed under applicable Minnesota law, rules, and/or at the discretion of the host county. All local agencies that purchase services from the contractors shall abide by the terms of these contracts. Such local agencies shall be financially responsible under the terms of these contracts for those clients they refer to contractors for services.
